The Arkansas Democratic Black Caucus is excited once again to host the 19th Annual King Kennedy Awards honoring outstanding individuals and organizations for significant contributions to their communities and to the natural state. In celebration of Black History Month, this year’s event will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. at The Venue at Westwind, 7318 Windsong Drive in North Little Rock.

 As one of the official auxiliary groups of the Democratic Party of Arkansas, we are committed to help get Democrats elected throughout the state. More specifically, we are determined to do our part to flip seats from red to blue from the legislature to county seats.

 The annual King Kennedy occasion is our primary fundraising effort that not only supports underrepresented minority students through college scholarships, but supports voter registration drives, training workshops, and candidate forums that the members of the Black Caucus perform throughout the year.
